What SignSure is not

SignSure is not a conveyancer, a lawyer, a surveyor, a building inspector or a valuer. It reads the papers you give it and checks a few public sources. It does not give advice to sign, and it does not replace a conveyancer's review.

How to use a report

A major finding is a reason to stop and ask, not a reason to rely on the report alone. Findings marked unverified or needing a professional are pointers, not conclusions. Public data can be out of date; the papers and official certificates are the legal record.

Accuracy

The reading is produced by an AI model and checked against your text. It can miss things, and it can only read what your papers contain. Scanned or faint pages may be read poorly; the report will say when text recognition confidence was low.

Early access

You get 2 free readings a day per account during early access. We may change or stop free readings at any time.

Paid readings

When on sale: A$49 for one reading, A$399 for ten, or A$79 a month for unlimited use (fair use up to 100 readings a month), including GST. The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your account shows the next renewal date, we email you 3 days before each renewal, and you can cancel in one click from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a paid reading does not return, the credit is given back automatically; if you were charged and got nothing, we refund it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SignSure is not liable for decisions made on a report. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
